My Vision
As the Pastor, The Teacher and The
Spiritual Leader of Mount Pisgah Baptist Church Family, it is my
prayer that everyone who enters into the doors of this sanctuary
seeking the Lord Jesus Christ earnestly is for them to become saved,
and know Jesus on a personal basis. And for our church to
become a Bible believing Church Family. For God said it, We
believe it, and that settles it.
My Mission
As
the Pastor of this Church, I intend is to teach and preach The Word
of God according to the Bible. To be instant in season, out of
season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and
doctrine. To seek first the kingdom of God and His
righteousness, to take no thought of self, realizing it is not about
us, but it is about the Lord Jesus Christ. At every
opportunity we must up lift the name of Jesus, who is able to draw
all men unto himself.
My
Commitment
Is to study
diligently The Word of God, to stay constantly in prayer, and To Teach
God's
Word. For it is through teaching that we learn, and from
learning we can began to apply what we have learned to our
lives.
My Virtue
Is to be
swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath, and if it be
possible as much as lieth in us to live peaceably with
all men, knowing that God has no respect of person.
