NYFAB offers you as a member through a NYFAB affiliated club or as a member not affiliated with a NYFAB club:

• Our publication, three times per year
• Affiliation with National Field Archery Association
• The right to hold an NYFAB office
• The right to vote at the annual meeting
• The right to participate at the indoor and outdoor championship tournaments
• The right to receive awards for championship shoots and bowhunting successes

• Our publication, three times per year, containing many articles pertinent to the bowhunter
• The right to express your opinions regarding future bowhunting legislation
• The right to vote on bowhunting matters at the annual meeting
• The right to receive awards for taking various game with the bow and arrow
• The right to participate in the 3D outdoor championship tournament

• Adult membership (over 18 years of age) at twenty five dollars ($25.00) per year including the NYFAB publication.

• Additional adult family member (spouse) at two dollars ($2.00) per year.

• Junior family members (under 18 years) at one dollar ($1.00) each per year.

• The total membership fee for a family shall not exceed twenty eight dollars ($28.00) per year.  There shall be no charge for additional family members in excess of two. A family is defined as the head of the household, spouse and all dependents under 18 years of age.

• Independent junior (under 18 years, neither parent a member) ten dollars ($10.00) per year including the NYFAB publication.

• Senior membership (age 60) at six dollars ($6.00) per year including the NYFAB publication.

• A spouse who meets the requirements for Senior membership, shall be free.

Note:  Privileges of junior members shall be the same as adult members with the exception of the right to vote and hold office.

• Adult membership (over 18 years of age) at thirty five dollars ($35.00) per year including the NYFAB publication.

• Additional adult family member (spouse) at two dollars ($2.00) per year.

• Junior family members (under 18 years) at one dollar ($1.00) each per year.

• The total membership fee for a family shall not exceed thirty eight dollars ($38.00) per year.  There shall be no charge for additional family members in excess of two. A family is defined as the head of the household, spouse and all dependents under 18 years of age.

• Independent junior (under 18 years, neither parent a member) twenty dollars ($20.00) per year including the NYFAB publication.

• Senior membership (age 60) at sixteen dollars ($16.00) per year including the NYFAB publication.

• A spouse who meets the requirements for Senior membership, shall be free.

Note:  Privileges of junior members shall be the same as adult members with the exception of the right to vote and hold office.

Bowhunter Membership Dues:

An adult Bowhunter may join NYFAB as an independent (non-club affiliated) member.
The membership fee is twenty five dollars ($25.00) per year.

An additional adult family member (spouse) @ $2.00 per year, junior family member(s) @ $1.00 per year or the family ($28.00 per year maximum) may join NYFAB as independent (non-club affiliated) member(s).

The fee date shall be from April 1 to March 31 of the following year.

A Bowhunter may transfer his or her current NYFAB dues to become affiliated with a club when the NYFAB Corresponding Secretary is notified by a Club Secretary.

NYFAB continues to work with legislators, sportsmen and their organizations, to protect the rights of the bowhunters in the state of New York.

NYFAB has grown to over 1000 members and more than 50 clubs.  These members consist of bowhunters, competitive archers, children and spouses.

We are family oriented around the same sport - ARCHERY.

NYFAB clubs provide the archer with:

• A place to socialize.

• A gathering place for meetings.

• Indoor and outdoor ranges for practicing either for hunting or competition.

• Certified instructors.

• The latest technical and legal developments in the sport.

• The benefits of veteran and novice archers working together and learning from each other.

• Tournaments for various shooting styles and classes.
