Notice of Public Hearing on Proposed Local Law

for the

Town of Harrisburg

Notice is hereby given, that pursuant to the Municipal Home Rule Law of New York State, the Town Board of Harrisburg, NY will hold a public hearing in the Harrisburg town hall, 7886 Cobb Road, on Wednesday, June 3, 2005 at 7:30 PM for the purpose of hearing opinions, pro and con, regarding the adoption of a local law designating certain Town roads as "minimum maintenance". The proposed local law is on file with the Town Clerk and is available for review.

The Harrisburg Town Board will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, May 24, 2005 @ 7:30 PM in the Harrisburg Town Hall, 7886 Cobb Road to conduct the following business:

	Workshop a policy setting standards for hourly employees
	Review/audit the supervisor's financial books
	Consider a resolution adopting participation in "Housing Consortium" allowing Town of Harrisburg residents to be eligible for low cost financial, housing assistance.
