The Town Supervisor is responsible for chairing each Town Board meeting.  Planning each meeting is important to making meetings efficient.  To facilitate each meeting an agenda is prepared prior to the meeting and distributed to the Town Board members. 

In addition to the meeting agenda, action items from each meeting are tracked and distributed with the meeting agendas.  This helps to avoid passing a month with actions not completed.
